Temu listings can look appealing, but the useful question is how an item performs after it arrives. Here are six purchases we have tried, including five favorites and one mixed verdict. The categories vary, so our notes focus on what we thought of each item and what to verify before ordering.

Three Temu products we tried
Large rolling cleaning caddy
What stood out: We loved this caddy when cleaning houses. The rolling format made it practical for carrying supplies between jobs. That is a firsthand use note, not a claim about how long it will last for every buyer.
Check before ordering: Confirm the current bag dimensions, pocket layout, wheel design, and seller listing match the item you want. Compare the current total price at checkout.
Red hair dye kit
What stood out: It was not bad, but it was not great either. That judgment comes from someone with roughly 30 years of hair-dye experience. We would compare the shade, developer, instructions, and current listing carefully before ordering.
Check before ordering: Read the ingredients and directions on the actual kit, and follow its patch-test instructions. Color results depend on the starting hair color and condition.
Pink distressed pants
What stood out: We loved the pair we bought: it fit well and looked great. Fit is personal, so this verdict describes the specific pair tried.
Check before ordering: Review the listing’s size chart, fabric details, customer photos, and return terms. Measurements matter more than the size label.
Three more Temu purchases we liked
These three were awesome finds for us. We liked each one enough to include it here, with the listing details worth checking before you buy. The screenshots are a reference for the items, not a source for current prices or measured performance.
Bluetooth party speaker
Our verdict: This was an awesome purchase and one of our favorite Temu finds. The colorful lighted design caught our eye, and our experience left us happy to recommend a closer look. The listing image also shows a carry handle and microphones; confirm exactly what comes with today’s offer.
Check before ordering: Confirm the exact model, size, power and charging details, connection options, and which accessories are included in the current offer.
FREESEA submersible fountain pump
Our verdict: We were really pleased with this little pump. It earned a place among our favorite purchases, especially as a product to consider for a compatible fountain setup. The listing image shows a compact green pump and several outlet adapters; check the actual model’s fit and specifications before ordering.
Check before ordering: Match the current model’s flow and lift ratings, outlet size, power requirements, and cleaning instructions to your fountain or water feature.
Two-flashlight set
Our verdict: This two-flashlight set was another winner for us. We liked it enough to recommend giving the current bundle a look. The supplied listing image shows two different lights, a case, and charging cables; confirm those pieces are included in the offer you select.
Check before ordering: Confirm the exact two-light bundle, battery and charging specifications, included case and cables, and current shipping and return terms.
How to compare before buying
